We are located in a small village 50 km south of PARIS.
Lac Hong cattery is a love story that began about 20 years ago with our first Burmese.
Our small breeding program is mostly oriented towards the quest for quality and our goal is to create awareness and appreciation for the Bombay and Burmese as these breeds are often less known.

Our cats are raised underfoot and we put a particular focus on their socialization.
The Bombay and Burmese are very intelligent, loving and well-balanced little beings.
They stick to you like glue. They never stop trying to get your attention and will be wonderful companions if you devote a little time to them.

THE BURMESE

The BURMESE is a breed originating from south East Asia.
The breed was discovered by an American physician, Major Thomson, in 1930 during a trip to Burma.
There are 2 standards, the American Burmese and the European Burmese.
These cats remain rather low-profile in France.
You will only find American Burmese here.

THE BOMBAY

The Bombay was born from the imagination of an American breeder Nikki Horner, from the breeding of an American Shorthair with an American Sable Burmese.

The first examples of the breed were imported in France in 1989.
Unfortunately, very few breeders are dedicated to this breed.
